Hi Folks!

Do you want to be the new promotions officer for the club?

Your position would include:
– organising people for the door on Wednesday night for a nice and warm welcome to new members
-putting together new member packs (some photocopying and envelope stuffing)
-organising the one new members night (I am keen to help you with that!)
-answer to 3-4 emails per month asking for infoprmation about the club
-promote the club in any way you like and can think off

Advantages of the job:
– one of the less demanding jobs on the committee (so if you always wanted to give it a try but were afraid of the workload, this is the job for you)
– you get to know a lot of people
– you can share your enthusiasm about the club

Disadvantages:
– there are none!
– oh well ok, you should come to most club meetings on Wednesday nights or organise the people at the door, so that you don’t have to be there
– go to committee meetings and eat heaps of cookies and chips at other peoples homes
