Hi there,

We’re resurrecting the practice of having a club contact person for each weekend that we have trips running. The purpose of this to give a point of contact to trips leaders that can be passed onto punters who in turn can pass the details onto their loved ones, in case of emergency. At the same time trip leaders must supply the club contact person with a copy of their intentions sheet listing all punters, and must also let the contact person know when they are back at the road end at the end of their trip.

I’m looking for member volunteers to be the contact for the below weekends. If you can help please send me an email with the weekend you can cover.
