Our new member management system based on Hello Club will be going live soon. This will replace our existing Google forms member registration system and manual renewal process.
Through the new system, you will be able to:
- Review and update your membership details
- Update and manage memberships for your household
- Share your contact details with other members
- And shortly, pay for your membership
Also in the future we are looking to handle trip booking – we will let you know when this is ready.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to setup your account in the next few days. This email will be sent out to the email address we had on file for you – please check that we have your correct details and haven’t lost anything in the move. Also check you have the correct membership type.
If you have changed your email address recently, or if you don’t receive an email by the end of this week, please send us your up to date email address.

We are aiming to do this in two steps – move the membership database first and then in a couple of weeks send out membership renewals. We’ll let you know when this is ready and your current membership will remain valid until you receive a renewal notice. The new process will still cater for people who wish to use other methods of joining or renewal.
